Distiller Notes
Cimarrón Blanco Tequila is distilled from 100% estate-grown blue weber agave and produced at Tequileña Distillery (NOM 1146), in the town of Atotonico el Alto. Master Distiller Enrique Fonseca developed a proprietary technique of crushing the cooked piñas (agave hearts) without the use of water. This results in a mash with a higher sugar content than most other tequilas. After distillation, this tequila is bottled unaged.
Tequila Blanco
Distilled from 100% blue Weber agave, it is typically unaged , clear, and bottled straight after distillation. Sometimes rested in stainless steel up to 60 days and can also be aged in wood for no more than 30 days.
