This is surprisingly energetic and racy in style. Vibrant acidity propels depths of dark red fruits and inner floral as salty minerals saturate. The 2019 finishes structured and long yet still lively, leaving violet inner florals and hints of currant to taper off slowly. IWR: The 2021 Shea Estate Pinot Noir is still incredibly young but absolutely gorgeous and sports a medium neon ruby core with a blueish rim. Red raspberry, candied rose petals, crushed sour red cherries, milk chocolate, whole clove, and saline jump from the glass. Lush across the palate and very well balanced, it’s ready to drink now and will be fantastic over the next 8 years.
