You must be 21 years old to order or take delivery of alcohol products

Alcohol beverages are sold in California and title passes to the buyer in California.  By placing an order, you authorize us to act on your behalf to work with a carrier to deliver your order to a valid address within the United States.

Shipments are restricted to California, states reciprocal with California, and non-P.O. BOX addresses.  Non California buyers are responsible for knowing whether they may lawfully import wine and/or spirits into their state.

We cannot ship to the following states: Alabama, Arkansas, Michigan, Mississippi, New Hampshire, South Dakota and Utah.

We always suggest shipping to a business address as someone 21 years of age or older must be present to sign for alcohol deliveries.

We cannot guarantee delivery on a specific day. Once an order has left our store, we no longer have control of the package. FedEx/GLS/We Ship Express do not guarantee delivery times or dates. Should you need faster delivery, we recommend that you upgrade your shipping method, as applicable. 

We use a carrier with temperature-controlled vehicles as required by the the states of Illinois, Oklahoma and Texas.  We offer and encourage all customers to use this premium temperature-controlled shipping service especially from mid-April to mid-October.  When using this service, delivery times will generally by delayed (commonly deliveries to Midwest and East Coast will take 10 to 14 days).

If pre-arranged, we also offer a concierge storage service in our shop.

In states requiring an adult signature for alcohol shipments, an additional charge, up to $9, is charged by the carrier.  Our shipping prices include packing materials.

If you desire shipment of original wood cases, gift boxes or whiskey tubes, then an additional charge for this service can be made by phone (preferred), email at, or through the "Order Notes/Special Instructions" field in the Shipping Details page of the online checkout process.  

We and our contracted shipping providers do not insure your wine against weather-related damage during transit, and we do not accept returns due to any damage that may occur after leaving our store.

We are unable to offer international shipping.
