IWR: The 2021 Shea Estate Pinot Noir is still incredibly young but absolutely gorgeous and sports a medium neon ruby core with a blueish rim. Red raspberry, candied rose petals, crushed sour red cherries, milk chocolate, whole clove, and saline jump from the glass. Lush across the palate and very well balanced, it’s ready to drink now and will be fantastic over the next 8 years.

Winemaker Notes: Dragon opens to fresh fruit aromas such as kiwi, lime and pear. Hints of minerality like flint and sea stones complete the elegant bouquet.
