Sauvignon Blanc

Sauvignon Blanc is a dry, white wine with high acidity and intense aromas. In France it is known as Sancerre. Sauvignon Blanc originated in France, in the regions of Bordeaux and the Loire Valley. It's also planted in California, Australia, New Zealand and South Africa.
