93 Points - Robert Parker's Wine Advocate:  The 2021 Compono Cabernet marks the first release of this cuvee. The fruit is from the Angas family's Hutton Vale farm up in Eden Valley, with 10% of the fruit from high Moppa (380 meters elevation). Aromatically, the fruit is leafy and spiced, with blackberry and raspberry nuance, rose petals and tobacco. The detail in fruit and tannin here is impressive, and the wine is balanced and fresh. The tannins are a highlight through the mineral finish. 14% alcohol, sealed under screw cap.
