It will shine on the dinner table and be incredibly versatile with all kinds of food, but it will stand on its own just fine as well. The blend is 40% Grenache Blanc, 40% Roussanne, and 20% Clairette that’s from the les Brusquières, le Mourre des Perdrix, and Vaudieu lieux-dits, aged in 35% new barrels.
