95 Points - Decanter:  This pre-war vintage still has a bright colour with a pretty and elegant bouquet of wild strawberry, dried fruits and sweet spices. Very lightweight and delicate, almost Burgundian, yet with depth and intensity. It's another atypical vintage that wasn’t released for 30 years as Serge Hochar felt the wine was too light. As you expect for a 43 year old wine it is showing development, but is still vibrant and dynamic with pure elegance.
