The 2022 Legende des Toques is a blend of 60% Grenache, 30% Syrah, and 10% Carignan. This continues to be a collaborative project between some small producers in the Southern Rhone and six very prominent “cuisiniers” in France each year to produce a very food friendly wine which the cuisiniers then serve as the “house red” in their Michelin starred restaurants.

Aromas include blackberries, dark plums, dark cherries, dark chocolate, strawberries, and nectarines. Flavors include blackberries, dark cherries, boysenberries, and blueberries. There is a medium body, perfect balance and acidity, and a long medium finish.
