Importer (Kermit Lynch) Notes:  The world’s best rose is back in stock, freshly bottled. Why don’t they make enough of a good thing? Each year we run out before the new vintage arrives. Oh well, nothing lasts forever.
     I asked the Peyraud brothers for their appreciations of their 1993:
     Jean-Marie: “Beautiful salmon color. Very aromatic with a lovely variety of fruit perfumes. Good attack on the palate, perfect balance of richness and acidity, unctuous, long aromatic finish.”
     François: “The color is typical of our rosé. The nose is rich in ripe fruit aromas. Clean, well-defined palate with a beautiful fruity attack. Good balance of acidity and alcohol, and a pretty aftertaste.”
