The 2024 vintage marks a new chapter for this Côte de Beaune estate founded by Dominique Lafon in 2008 and now led by his son Guillaume Lafon. Working from their cellar at Château de Bligny-lès-Beaune the Lafons farm a collection of distinctive vineyards using organic and biodynamic practices. Their range spans regional Burgundy through village Premier Cru and Grand Cru appellations with each wine crafted to preserve the character of its individual site. Guillaume continues the domaine’s established emphasis on purity precision and restrained extraction producing expressive wines that balance concentration with freshness. Beginning with the 2024 vintage the wines previously labeled Dominique Lafon are presented under the Guillaume Lafon name.
