Bottle size: 700 mL

Finished in rare Palo Cortado sherry casks, this rich and characterful single malt layers notes of honeyed nuts, dried orchard fruit and orange peel over the distillery’s signature malt-forward style. The unusual cask influence brings a beautifully balanced mix of sweetness and dry, savoury depth, with warming spice and dark chocolate lingering on the finish.
