91 Points - Wine & Spirits:  Saturated with green olive flavors and searingly correct in its acidity, this sercial’s structure has the warm burn of sun on sand. Notes of wildflowers meet nutty tannins, combining in a slightly brash finish, which is more about textural detail than aroma or flavor. Pour it with blanquette de veau, adding a splash of this to the sauce.
