Distiller Notes:  To create this unique blend of straight rye whiskies, Willett hand-selected 10-year Kentucky rye barrels. Wolves chose rye barrels that were aged in Indiana for 7 years and an additional 3 years in Northern California to soften the rye spice yielding a richer profile with smooth caramel and vanilla notes. . . . The resulting spirit is layered with notes of caramel candy and fresh citrus peel for a bright, complex flavor profile.
